Her life might be in all sorts of turmoil right now, but that hasn't deterred the ad execs over at Guess? from citing Amy Winehouse as inspiration for their latest campaigns. As well as Chanel and Roberto Cavalli, it seems the US label has also been influenced by the troubled crooner for both its mainline and Guess by Marciano autumn/winter 2008-9 ads, the latter photographed by another singer - Bryan Adams.

Following on from the announcement to move its brand headquarters to the UK, Guess? has tapped Australian model, Nicole Trufino, for their next campaign. A rep for Trufino, recently told Page Six that she was picked because her look "mimics the singer's iconic thick black eyeliner and infamous beehive, adding a little rock and roll to their pin-up image."

Further to that are the new ads for the label's second line, Guess by Marciano, which have been photographed for a second time by Bryan Adams. They star model Franziska Frank sporting a Wino beehive.

"For our second season with Bryan, we wanted to capture the denim-rooted spirit of Guess by Marciano," said Paul Marciano, chief executive officer and co-chairman of Guess?. "We are pleased to have Franziska as the newest face of Guess by Marciano in this campaign as she invokes the glamorous spirit of our brand."

I'm *guessing* (pardon the pun) that they're not to fazed by Wino's train wreck of a life then. How long must we keep referring to her as an image worth aspiring to? Kids, it isn't cool.
