The Scene: Agyness Deyn rips it up at Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance launch, Paris
Celebrating his first fragrance in fifteen years was Jean Paul Gaultier yesterday. The French designer hosted a too-cool-for-school bash which included some of London's club kids such as Agyness Deyn, at the launch of his new scent, Ma Dame.
According to Style.com, the colourful crew took over Villa Eugenie on the Boulevard Beaumarchais in Paris, which consisted of differently themed rooms.
"I'm going to do 'Take Me to the River,' by the Talking Heads," Agy reportedly said, before tottering off to the dance floor with members of MisShapes and Henry Holland. We so wish we were there!
Gaultier is expected to attend funeral services for Yves Saint Laurent in Paris today, which could attract up to 1000 people. As we reported yesterday, YSL stores worldwide will shut their doors during the service out of respect for the late designer who passed away on Sunday. London's Bond Street store will be closed between 2.30pm and 4.30pm today.
