Newsflash: YSL pop-up shop bound for Dover Street Market

Dover Street Market is where it's all happening right now. Hot on the heels of the Chanel boutique, which opened on Monday, Stefano Pilati will debut the first ever Yves Saint Laurent pop-up shop in the famed shopping district.

Known as Edition 24, the retail emporium has been designed by Michael Howells, and will feature a collection of timeless pieces inspired by travel, function and versatility. It will also offer customised items within this capsule range, carrying a special YSL/Dover Street Market label.

The shop is due to open on July 3, where it will remain for an "indefinite fixture," according to a Dover Street Market spokesperson.

A glitzy cocktail party and private dinner, hosted by Pilati on July 3, will officially launch the store. I wonder if Naomi Campbell will make an appearance, after all she is YSL's newest campaign girl.
