It's been the talk of the tabloids for some time now and we finally get to see Coleen McLoughlin's wedding gown.
The ankle-skimming chiffon frock is quite an understated affair but is apparently only one in a series of gowns culminating in a £100,000 Marchesa gown for the blessing and wedding breakfast, which took place at La Cervara abbey today.
The wedding itself was a simple affair attended by a small a small group of family and friends. Deputy mayor Gianni Costa led the ceremony and said: 'It was a simple ceremony with around 15 people inside, mostly family. The bride looked lovely in white and the groom wore a brown suit with no tie.' He added, 'No rings were exchanged and the ceremony was very simple yet very beautiful.'
