Things you will probably regret buying: the ruffled maxi dress

This dress perplexes me. In a strange way, I quite like it. It's risky and it's dramatic. I have been brainwashed by the high street into thinking tiered frills are more flattering than they actually are, so I find myself aching to see this being worn in real life.

Not by me, of course.

See I also know that in a few month's time, even the most slinky hipped girls will look back on items like this and wonder what possessed them to invest in something that would be better in miniature, sat on top of a toilet roll in an old lady's house. I applaud Warehouse for putting a risky spin on a prolific trend, and I applaud anyone gutsy enough to wear it. Just don't say I didn't warn you.
