Naomi Campbell celebrated her 38th birthday in Cannes last night at a party thrown for her by Dolce & Gabbana. Later that evening she moved on to ex-boyfriend P Diddy's private party aboard his yacht, where she was soon spotted crying. While the reason behind her upset is unclear, earlier that day she was criticised for escorting Christophe Rocancourt, a convicted con artist, to the film premiere of Che.
