Sex and the City movie London premiere: Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis & Cynthia Nixon - What they wore!

Let's face it, last night's world premiere of Sex and the City: the movie, was as much about the red carpet fashion as the film itself, perhaps even more so! How did our fabulous four scrub up at the movie's debut in Leicester Square? We leave it up to you to tell us...

Carrie Bradshaw (aka Sarah Jessica Parker) was undoubtedly the main attraction, choosing to wear all British designers starting with this green strapless chiffon number by Alexander McQueen. The shoes are also by McQueen and that sensational butterfly fascinator? Yep, you guessed it, it's one of Philip Treacy's magical designs. It just wouldn't be Carrie Bradshaw without a little extravagance.

Keep reading to see what the rest of the cast wore...

Next up is Kim Cattrall, who plays the vixen Samantha Jones, she opted for something less sex bomb and more sophisticated siren in a Vivienne Westwood asymmetrical dress. It was a bit of a change for the actress who usually steers clear of the prom-style frocks, but red does suit her.

Red was also the choice of colour for Kristin Davis, who plays Charlotte York. This vintage Guy Laroche couture midi-length dress was a cute pick for the star, although perhaps an up 'do would have suited its design a little more. She matched her dress with a cream pair of Christian Louboutin peep-toe pumps.

Miranda Hobbs what a babe you are! It was a refreshing change for actress Cynthia Nixon last night, who opted for this full-length gown from Calvin Klein's A/W '08 collection, featuring plunging neckline. Her choice of this dark blue glittery number, definitely brought out her glamorous side, going down a treat on the red carpet.

Just gorgeous, all of them! Except Kim Cattrall's dress doesn't do much for her figure.

I like Sarah Jessica Parker's dress best. That shade of green really suits her.

SJP stoe the show as usual! KC looked nice, but I expected more from her. KD was stunning, and Cynthia suprised me! I would have expected Kim to arrive in Cynthia attire! But they all looked wonderful!

SJP looked fab and great that she wore all British designers. KC looked great and I love VW's dress but it seemed to wear her rather than the pther way round. I would have liked to have seen her in the lace dress that VW wore! KD loooked a bit frumpy to me and yes and updo would have updated that dress withmaybe a belt and a wrap. Cynthia looked really amazing - still for the wow factor I would say SJP
