Patricia Field for...Marks & Spencer?!

It's not the pairing we would have predicted, but news has just hit the wires that Sex And The City stylist Pat Field has been snapped up by Marks and Spencer to design a 35-piece capsule collection. It'll be sold in UK stores and online, as well as a few very lucky international locations.

On choosing a timeless brand like M&S over a younger retailer (Field has previously designed for ASOS.com) the stylist told Vogue: "I really wanted to get involved with a brand who really understood women of all ages and who would work closely with me to develop the range in a way that was right for them."

Long-term readers will know CQ have always been fans of M&S for hidden treasures, so we can't wait to see what this collection has to offer. Expect to see it in stores in October.
