She may look like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, but uber-model Gisele Bundchen might be going to court!
Well, kind of. Gisele is being sued by a carpenter who claims he fell off a staircase in the model's apartment, breaking his ribs, fracturing a shoulder and herniating spinal discs. Ouch.
The lawyer for Martin Marrero claims the staircase in Bunchen's apartment didn't have a handrail. Marrero was carrying out renovation work at the time. The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages, and names Gisele's company, Casa Vida, as co-defendant.
