Gap unveils new Artists Edition t-shirt range

gapartistseditionrange.jpg

Gap are really upping the anti with their portfolio of celebrity models. For starters The Sartorialist (Scott Schuman), Marchesa's Georgina Chapman, Clemence Posey and Liv Tyler, plus more, are already tapped for their autumn Gap Icon ads. It makes you wonder if there is any celebs left in Tinsel town that haven't yet been photographed for the retailer. But apparently so, with another whole batch of A-listers recruited for the new Gap Artists Edition t-shirt collaboration.

From 13th May, the chain store will unveil its Artists Edition t-shirt range designed by the likes of Chuck Close, Jeff Koons and Marilyn Minter, just to name a few.

A partnership with the Whitney Museum of American Art and the non-profit Art Production Fund, the cotton tees are modelled by real-life models Stephanie Seymour and Shalom Harlow (pictured above).

They will be available from Gap's UK stores, as well as from the Gap website, retailing from around £15 each.
