Coleen McLoughlin channels Audrey Hepburn for Closer magazine

With her wedding date looming, we predicted a sudden deluge of Coleen McLoughlin news in the next few weeks. So it comes as no surprise really, to find out it has already begun.

Dubbed a fashion icon herself, Coleen has been made up to look like her own fashion hero Audrey Hepburn for this month's edition of Closer magazine, and the results are quite astounding. Bizarrely, they actually have very similar features - check out the identical noses!

No, Coleen can't compare in any way to Audrey.
In 50 years will anybody care about Coleen? Doubtful, but people will still remember Audrey.

How dare anyone compare coleen to Audrey is her own beautiful person and Coleen... well,not really! As oil and water do not mix so does Audrey and Coleen NEVER mix. Audrey I am sorry to say comes out the better one.

Why do non-celebrities insist on doing fashion shoots dressed in the styles of iconic stars?! You aren't as good as they are, think of your own shoot ideas!!!

I'm sorry but Audrey is irreplaceable! Nothing beats the real deal and no one will ever be as wonderful as her! It's one thing if you do a few things to channel her in respect, but copying a priceless and infamous image!?!?!? It's copyright infringement! And just awful!!!

No. one easy way to tell is that Audrey Hepburn didnt dress up like her heroes, and she had a marketable skill as an actress. Celebrities used to be celebs cos they were the best at something.

No colleen will never/can never match the great Audrey Hepburn. It's an insult to all the many Audrey Hepburn fans to even print that sad picture. Colleen looked tough and hard. YUK.

I agree with paulette: Coleen does look tough and hard. They can fake it with the clothes, accessories, props, wigs, makeup but Audrey's expression is warm, friendly, genuine and relaxed, whereas the 'friendliness' in Coleen's eyes look forced. Audrey's actually leaning on her elbows and resting her cheek on her hand - witness the slight cheek smush - but Coleen's hand is just there, looking very pose-y and unnatural.
