With her wedding date looming, we predicted a sudden deluge of Coleen McLoughlin news in the next few weeks. So it comes as no surprise really, to find out it has already begun.

Dubbed a fashion icon herself, Coleen has been made up to look like her own fashion hero Audrey Hepburn for this month's edition of Closer magazine, and the results are quite astounding. Bizarrely, they actually have very similar features - check out the identical noses!

The only comment I have is collen cannot capture that natural happiness and twinkle that hepburn obtains in every single picture she ever took. there is no doubt in my mind that no one will ever be able to recreate this photo. not Paris Hilton either. Don't you see the "i'm trying to be edgy and seductive" look in Colleen's eyes that comes there out of habit? Hepburn doesn't neeed that. She doesn't try to have it. Because she is pure.

I agree with paulette: Coleen does look tough and hard. They can fake it with the clothes, accessories, props, wigs, makeup but Audrey's expression is warm, friendly, genuine and relaxed, whereas the 'friendliness' in Coleen's eyes look forced. Audrey's actually leaning on her elbows and resting her cheek on her hand - witness the slight cheek smush - but Coleen's hand is just there, looking very pose-y and unnatural.

No colleen will never/can never match the great Audrey Hepburn. It's an insult to all the many Audrey Hepburn fans to even print that sad picture. Colleen looked tough and hard. YUK.
