Richard Chai is Target's newest GO International designer
Target Australia may have Zac Posen but Target US has now got Richard Chai. He has just been named as Target's newest designer for the twelfth installment of its GO International range.
An Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation winner, Chai will launch a limited-edition womenswear collection in early August.
Described as the 'boy wonder' of the New York fashion scene, Chai has worked with Marc Jacobs, helping to launch his Marc by Marc Jacobs line, before launching his own label in 2004.
He joins fellow GO designers Jovovich-Hawk and Rogan Gregory, Target's latest recruits, in offering new ranges this year.
Jovovich-Hawk's collection is now in stores, while Rogan Gregory's collection, which we've heard might only comprise of swimwear, is due around May - just in time for summer!
