Britney Spears' on-screen wardrobe auctioned
While there might not be many who would pay a small fortune for Britney Spears' current rotation of clothes (that purple dress and clashing trilby she's been wearing everywhere isn't exactly copied by the minions), apparently her on-screen style is more in-demand.
According to the Associated Press, six pieces from the wardrobe of her appearance on How I Met Your Mother will be auctioned online for charity. Among the items up for grabs are a navy print Juicy Couture dress, a red and white Nanette Lepore dress and a cream Nanette Lepore cardigan with blue flower details, all worn by Brit in her guest-stint which screened in the US last night.
The auction finishes on 31 March at SeenOn.com. Proceeds from the sales will go towards the Natural Resources Defense Council.
