Sex and the City: The Movie hits New York Fashion Week
Watch out Sex and the City fans, the upcoming movie has found a place at New York Fashion Week, among the tents at Bryant Park. Title sponsors, Mercedes-Benz, are offering fashion week visitors the chance to immerse themselves in one of the most anticipated films of this year. Inside the Mercedes-Benz Star Lounge, attendees can catch clips from the film, as well as clothing worn by the characters. Four mannequins, representing Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda are currently gracing the lounge wearing pieces as styled by Patricia Field.
>>> Meanwhile, we've also heard that British designer Betty Jackson will have some of her pieces featured in the forthcoming SATC flick. It's all down to her daughter Pascale, who played an extra in the film. Wearing some of her mum's best items, the 22-year-old was spotted by Field, passed a clothes audition and landed the gig for the label. Go Betty!
