From our US bloggers at Shiny Style...
Inspired by the characters played by Catherine Deneuve in The Umbrella Cherbourg and Belle de Jour, Malan Breton sent a very classic, throwback collection down the runway this morning. All-natural fabrics like chiffon, organza, duchesse satin, taffeta, satin-faced gazar combine with rich wools in twill, an open lino plaid, and cashmere to pair perfectly with their respective silhouettes.

While the shapes and fabrics were very classic, there were some trends evident on the runway - like bubble shapes and sheer fabrics.
