Oh dear... it was bound to happen to someone and unfortunately that someone was Karen Elson. The crimson-haired model, toppled over in a heap of grey chiffon yesterday at the Zac Posen show at New York Fashion Week. Luckily a fellow model and P. Diddy, who was sat front row, was there to assist and get her back on her feet again. The measure of a true professional... she laughed it off while still managing to look breath-taking.
