Milan Fashion Week A/W 2008-9: Prada
Further proof if we needed any that the oft-talked about potential recession is having an effect on on catwalk trends, Prada's latest collection consisted of lace and lots of it.
Compared to her last show which was an intoxicating mix of prints, the masses of lace and restricted colour palette seems positively dowdy. Having said that standing alone the pieces do show merit am I am coveting the pretty blue dress on the left. Time to get the lace curtains and Dylon out methinks!
