Roberto Cavalli utters the words "Don't you know who I am?" at Cape town airport

Roberto Cavalli, the OTT Italian designer famed who hit the headlines recently for his collaboration with H&M and for designing stage costumes for the Spice Girls and J-Lo recently found himself in a spot of bother. On his way back from South Africa the recently divorced designer (pictured left, with Jessica Stam at the H&M launch) got stopped by airport officials for not having the correct paperwork. He then uttered these immortal lines: "Do you know who I am? I am the greatest fashion designer in the world!"

Don't get me wrong we love Roberto Cavalli, without him the world would be a much duller place and we probably would have a lot less leopard print but greatest fashion designer in the world... that's stretching it a bit!
