Rachel Zoe lands her own reality TV show
It was really only a matter of time before someone gave Rachel Zoe her own reality TV show and now it's finally happened.
The 36-year-old stylist has signed a deal with US channel Bravo for a one-hour weekly show that could air as early as summer in June or in September to coincide with New York Fashion Week.
"It's not about exposing my clients or being invasive into their personal lives - unless they want to participate," Zoe said. Her long list of A-list clients includes Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Garner, Liv Tyler and formerly Nicole Ritchie.
"It's dangerous for me to put myself at the forefront," she added. "But with the TV project I want to educate people who are also asking me fashion questions. I want people to understand what I do and more about the fashion business."
This isn't Zoe's first brush with reality TV fame, she has also starred in The Simple Life and Bravo's Project Runway. The yet untitled show will begin shooting in the new year for eight weeks.
With Halston (the label she in on the creative board for) scheduled to make its New York Fashion Week return, I'd say a Rachel Zoe reality show couldn't be better timed.
