Luxury shoe designer Jimmy Choo has today reported net sales of £85.6million for the year ending December 31 2007. Sales of his amazingly comfortable shoes were up a staggering 28 percent last year. The biggest increase happened within actual Jimmy Choo stores as an oppose to department stores.
Jimmy Choo CEO Joshua Schulman commented, "We benefited from comparable store growth while expanding our international presence by opening new stores in Chicago, Istanbul, Moscow, Bahrain, Shanghai, Mumbai, Fukuoka, Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur. We are confident that we will build on this success in 2008, with a focus on design excellence, enhanced marketing, operational initiatives and further expanding our product ranges."
