Christina Ricci wears The Row in Japan
Christina Ricci’s in Japan to promote her new film Penelope. While the pretty actress shows off her Anna Wintour-esque hairdo and slim figure in a teal dress from The Row (the collection by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen), her role in Penelope made her almost unrecognizable – her character was a pig-nosed girl.
At first glance the dress from The Row isn’t all that glamorous, but like the Olsen’s themselves, it’s all in the detail. Notice the cute way the straps sit right on the edge of the shoulder, and the panel detail across the body. Not ground breaking, but it’s much more interesting than two pieces of fabric sewn together to make the front and the back.
