Vintage floral tea dresses from Dorothy & Evelyn

dorevlynD0086.jpg

Vintage online shops can be a little questionable, sometimes there is a lack of descriptions or photographs, or the prices are too high. One vintage online store I’ve come to love in the last day or so is Dorothy & Evelyn, an Australian-based vintage store. I’ve discovered they stock the odd Yves Saint Laurent and Karl Lagerfeld piece (including a scary looking pair of pants), but my favourite piece so far is a pair of vintage Chanel heels and their selection of evening and tea dresses.

Left to right: Full length blue floral dress AUD$69.95, Printed long sleeve navy dress, AUD$69.95, Long sleeve pale blue dress, AUD$59.95. Not sure about the exchange rate? Use XE.com to convert – or do this quick conversion in your head. The Australian dollar is about 50p, or almost even with the US dollar.

Yes, I just discovered this site as well and they have a wide variety of items in different price ranges. They actually have a built-in-converter for prices from Australian Dollar on the left side of each page in many different currencies. If you click yours, it will automatically display each item's price in that currency.
