David Beckham is Armani's newest pants man

If there were ever a better way to dream away a Monday besides picturing David Beckham modelling pants for Emporio Armani then please enlighten me now. The football star has just signed on to be the newest err... face of Giorgio Armani's underwear collection, which is set to launch in the U.S.

Beckham was busy shooting the ad campaign last week in L.A. with Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, marking the second time that he and Armani have worked together. The first time was in 2002, when the Italian designer created uniforms for the English team's wardrobe.

The deal is another giant step for Armani who has been moving his global brand at lightening speed of late, including the opening of a mega store in Tokyo, plus a visit Down Under just last week. Talk about unstoppable... Whatever he is on, I want some!
