Kate Bosworth, Margherita Missoni & Jennifer Conelly at the 7th on Sale Gala

7th on Sale launched in New York last night with a black-tie gala. The three day sample sale was kicked off it glamorous style with Kate Bosworth, Margherita Missoni, and Jennifer Connelly on the red carpet. Kate certainly chose an interesting dress, with it’s irregular lines, and the the twists and pleats in the leather and feather (?) cap sleeve. Cute envelope clutch though. Meanwhile I couldn’t help but think that Margherita wouldn’t have endeared herself to PETA by wearing that big fur coat, she really looks tiny in comparison! Jennifer Connelly is again stretching her high fashion mettle in a full red dress. The bodice is certainly interesting, and I think she pulls it off.

The 7th on Sale event is a fund-raiser for AIDS charities, and if you couldn’t get tickets to attend the 3 days allotted to public shopping, keep an eye on their Ebay store – there are over 10,000 items listed!
