Hilary Rhoda on the cover of Harper's Bazaar as they reveal their best dressed list

The December cover of British Harper's Bazaar really does ring in Christmas. The red masthead, Hilary Rhoda's red lips with her head surround with white cloth, it's sort of like a white Christmas. When you look behind the cover (which was photographed by Michelangelo di Battista), there is the magazine's annual best dressed list, and surprise surprise, Kate Moss only comes in at number 10.

Landing in first place is Natalia Vodianova, with Thandie Newtown and Agyness Deyn rounding out the top three. Surprise additions to the best dressed list for 2007 are the likes of Helen Mirren (4), Lily Allen (5), Emily Blunt (6), and J K Rowling (7). The top 10 rounds off with three women all linked in a love triangle of sorts. Anouck Lepere (engaged to Jefferson Hack, Kate's ex and father to her daughter) is eighth, followed by Irina Lazareanu (reportedly engaged to Pete Doherty, also Kate ex) in ninth, with Kate finishing off the top ten.
