John Galliano and Diesel team up for childrenswear range

Lock up your kids! The maestro of the catwalk, John Galliano, is teaming up with Diesel to create his first childrenswear range. I'm picturing miniature pirates, puny bull fighters and pint-sized Geishas... no? Perhaps, tiny versions of his recent spring/summer '08 collection (pictured above) which was inspired by the cult doco Grey Gardens?

Actually, the line will be a lot tamer (damn!) and will comprise of around 100 items for girls and boys aged between four and 14 to be unveiled in January. Such a shame...
