American Elle hosted their 14th Annual Women in Hollywood party last night in Beverly Hills. A celebration of women, it came as no surprise that some of Hollywood’s brightest female stars were in attendance. This year’s event honored actresses, Lauren Bacall, Scarlett Johansson, Diane Lane, Kate Bosworth, Jennifer Connelly, Amy Adams and director Julie Taymor. Black was a popular colour on the red carpet, with Jessica Alba, Alyson Hannigan, Scarlett, and Julia Louis-Dreyfuss (pictured below) wearing the classic colour. Kate Bosworth chose a pretty ivory dress, while Ali Larter showed us how checked material properly draped and at the right hem line could actually look great on the red carpet.
