Valentino has barely finished packing up his selotape, stationery, and clearing his mood board but Alessandra Facchinetti is already preparing eagerly for her role at Valentino. She has recruited Dolce and Gabanan design assistant Antonio Pino to assist with the womenswear and Ferruccio Pozzoni to help out menswear. Pozzoni has previously worked on Prada and Miu Miu. At last week's Swarovski Fashion Rocks event at the Royal Albert Hall Valentino was given a life time achievement award by Gwyneth Paltrow.
