A Belle du Jour inspired outfit
ITV's 'The Secret Diary of a Call Girl', is based on the blog and book by Belle du Jour, and stars Billie Piper as the high class London hooker. Her Belle wardrobe - lacy undies aside - is surprisingly fab (as she says herself, if you want to spot the call girl in a hotel look for the one in a designer suit). When she's invited by a client to go to a very exclusive party (*cough*) she looks great in a LBD and feather accessories. Though the idea of dressing like a prostitute might leave a slightly bad taste in your mouth, the show has glammed up the look enough to make it workable in real life. I suggest, however, that even if you try her style you give her occupation a miss!
