Ugly Betty star America Ferrera stars on the cover of this months US Glamour in a stunning purple Versace dress. The actress, who is almost unrecognisable as the misfit magazine worker Betty Suarez appears to have been slightly airbrushed. The interview asks her, "How do you feel about being the newest spokeswoman for curvy figures in Hollywood?" Which has been interpreted by many Glamour readers as, "What's it like to be fat?"
Despite the magazine praising Ferrera for breaking the stereotypical Hollywood mould they ask a series of awkward questions including, "Have you ever felt limited by your status as a Latina?" and "Do you have any leftover body insecurities?" These slightly intrusive questions seem slightly unnecessary.
