Pencil skirts are, as we all know by now, the cut of this season. As a long time lover of the cut, I couldn't be more delighted to see that this means many designers and stores are departing from the usual plain black numbers to options with a little more spice.
These multi-coloured fabulous skirts are from Topshop and each gives the classic shape a unique twist. First off is the purple tube skirt, a key season colour and a super slinky shape to define curvy hips. Secondly, the mustard yellow flannel skirt is perfect for those who aren't quite so daring, as the material is less figure hugging, with a still sexy cut.
Finally, my favourite, is this pinkish red Super Sexy satin skirt. The high sheen material means this is a real statement choice, and looks absolutely sublime. Certainly not one for the faint of heart, but a choice that will have tongues wagging.
