Designer or high street? Bag some Breton stripes
Horizontal stripes are certainly not for everyone, but if you've got the bravery and the body shape to pull them off then you might want to sample a piece of this mini trend, in designer or high street form.
The first dress is from 3.1 Phillip Lim and features a belted cinch waist for a price of £330. I love the shape of this dress and the three quarter length sleeves and flowing skirt give it a somewhat french country edge. The second dress is from Topshop for £32 and is a much more casual style. I love the button shoulders, but the sleeveless cut isn't for me. Which is your favourite, or will you be avoiding this pattern at all costs?
