If you’re a label lover but, like most of us, can’t afford the hefty price tag that usually comes with it then make sure to swing by The Loft the next time you’re in Covent Garden. This gem of a store is a haven for designer second-hand clothing which it sells for a fraction of the cost! In fact, we were assured by the store’s manager that every item is sold for 1/3 or less of its original price. Oh, and the labels….

Check out some of these designer names for a start – Prada, Gucci, Miu Miu, Jimmy Choo, Marc Jacobs, Vivienne Westwood… the list goes on! We had a grand old time discovering what designer goodies we could get our hands on. Before we had even walked through the door, our eyes spotted through the window a pair of gorgeous Miu Miu platforms for £99. They looked brand new!

Head down the stairs to womenswear and Laura managed to dig out a gorgeous brown fluffy shrug by Mathew Williamson for £159. More scouring led me to a Roland Mouret cropped leather jacket for £275 – a hot trend for next season! There are literally countless discounted items available if you look hard enough and the best thing is that they’re always on the look-out for more designer goods. So, if there’s something that you no longer wear and would like to make some cash then give them a call and they’ll quote you over the phone. Guess where you’ll be finding me when payday next comes around?

The Loft is located at 35 Monmouth Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2
