After a late lunch we packed up the Sony Vaio headed to Pop Boutique which has always been a dream destination for me; it's a vintage mecca from way back. When we were in there Pulp's "Common People" came on and I was transported back to my late teens, when Pop Boutique cords were all I wore. As well as a great selection of new and secondhand clothes Pop also stock amazing vintage homewares and even have a café downstairs!
We were a bit 'dressed out' so Orla and I tried on some winter coats, her on-trend purple leather jacket with hood was only £30. I tried on a rich red wool coat with topstitching and fab cutout pockets for a mere £40. Pop Boutique is at 34-36 Oldham St.
