After doing a bit of Wikipedia research I discovered that not only is she an actress herself but she also once worked for Betsey Johnson, hence, the innate sense of style. Shiva was spotted overnight at the L.A. premiere for 2 Days in Paris in a gorgeous cream frock with slight puffed sleeves and raised collar (far left).
