How does that saying go again? I am woman, hear me roar. Not that you have to roar, because not all animal print clothes are worth making noise over. While I am not one to wear animal print, some girls can pull it off beautifully. If you want to try animal print, keep it to muted colours, so no brightly coloured leopard or bold zebra prints please! I love these three dresses from BlueFly. They’re subtle and not too in your face, plus they’re priced below $200.

Left - right: A.B.S. brown animal print u-back dress, this may need belting down, but pair it with tights or leggings and a wide black belt.

BCBGMAXAZRIA silk jacquard snake print belted dress – I love the shape of this dress, it’s cinched in the waist and the snake print is quite subtle so you could wear it to work with a nice dark blazer. Robert Rodriguez’s brown leopard chiffon bubble dress comes with its own wide black belt, while the cross over v-neck detail would be flattering to most body shapes.
