Not surprisingly, more of Hairspray’s mega star cast turned up for it’s L.A. premier yesterday than the London premier last week, with John Travolta, Queen Latifah and Michelle Pfeiffer joining the movie’s young stars on the red carpet. John Travolta showed up with his wife Kelly Preston, but minus his fat suit and female wig. Amanda Bynes looked utterly adorable in her ruffle trimmed pale green dress – I love her shoes. Queen Latifah rocked her peroxide blonde hair with a strapless yellow dress with beaded detail at the bodice. Nikki Blonsky looked glowing in her brown dress, in the same shape as the red dress she wore on the London premier…
Brittany Snow and Michelle Pfeiffer rocked the strapless dresses, with Michelle Pfeiffer looking utterly timeless while Brittany Snow’s black shoes were a little harsh against the bright yellow colour of her dress. Carmen Electra looks almost unrecognizable with her new dark hair, but her grey ruffled dress is very sweet nonetheless.
