Kate Moss told to cut down on smoking

Supermodel turned designer Kate Moss isn't having a particularly good time recently. Her very public relationship with Pete Doherty has come to an end over the past few weeks as many images of a removal van outside her St Johns Wood home are plastered all over the press. Well, now it seems that she wants to "wash that man right out of her hair" in a metaphorical sense by making over her look.
As she has passed the big 3 0 mark by a few years, Moss is apparently becoming concerned by criticism that she's, for the want of a better word, looking slightly 'haggard'.
Moss has turned to the woman that discovered her at just 14, Storm Models' Sarah Doukas for advice.
Doukas has advised Moss to cut down her smoking dramatically as she currently smokes around 40 cigarettes a day! She has also suggested more sleep and a healthier diet plan.

I don't think that Kate Moss looks 'haggard' at all. She is one of the world's top supermodels and she is a very big earner both in Britain and America, she still looks fabulous at 34.

I would actually be rather disappointed if she gave up smoking, drinking and late nights as these things are actually what a lot of people love about her. They like her party lifestyle as well as her beauty and style. I know that cigarettes are bad for your health and can age people prematurely but Kate Moss seems to have survived all her years of wild partying and hedonism and her looks are relatively unscathed from all of this. Perhaps it would be better if she cut down on fags, stopped drinking so much and had a good nights sleep once in a while, but would she be the same person again?

Don't change for anyone except yourself, Kate. We all adore you, just as you are!

That's the thing about advice. Most of it is obvious. Also most of it only works if you actually follow it and, by the looks of things, La Moss could do worse.

I recently cut down (way down into a light social smoker) on smoking by 1) hanging out w/ nonsmokers & going to N/S clubs, 2) improving my diet - more fresh veggies & fruits, smoothies 3) Jogging. Though this didn't make me quit altogether, I cut back and my stress level changed dramatically. I send big love and wishes Kate's way for positive change & growth!
