Forget Topshop! Beth Ditto wants New Look
What's this I hear? Beth Ditto is getting ready to launch her own clothing line for New Look? According to The Sun newspaper, Ditto has been in talks with New Look head honchos about creating her own range, following in the footsteps of Lily Allen. “I’m in talks to do something with New Look at the moment. I love their stuff. Lily Allen is not to be messed with but I think she tries to be a role model, which can be tough,” Ditto said.
Not long ago we heard whispers of The Gossip frontwoman's desire to launch a collection for Topshop similar to her friend Kate Moss. However, it now seems that she doesn't want to tread on her pal's toes. "I think she’s [Kate Moss] beautiful but I’m not sexually attracted to her,” said Ditto. Erm... righto then!

no, no, NO! The whole POINT of Lily Allen's collection is that she is a normal, healthy weight. Beth Ditto is NOT a healthy weight. I dont want anorexia OR obesity promoted to teenage girls. Someone Ditto's size SHOULD lose weight - not because of aesthetics, or fashion, but because she is at risk of diabetes or heart disease!
