Earlier this month, Laura came up with a fantastic French style outfit based on Lou Doillon's look. It was fabulously quirky and got me thinking about other lovely French ladies and how their styles differ to those of the British fashionistas such as Kate Moss and Sienna Miller. Now I have to admit that until a few hours ago, I knew very little about Vanessa Paradis, but as the woman who has won over Johnny Depp, I thought that she definitely deserved further investigation. Famous in France as a singer and actress, in 1991 she promoted Chanel's 'Coco' fragrance, and has since been linked to their Ligne Cambon and The New Mademoiselle handbags.
