I always feel slightly naughty when stepping out in a loose t-shirt dress because it feels like I'm wearing my boyfriends' clothes. Instead of giving into that embarrassment however, the dynamic duo that is Mike & Chris celebrate it, flaunt it even.
The huge cuffed arm sleeves, baggy fit, menswear style button up and collar makes this dress swim on a girl, but the length is tapered to a perfect dress length and a waist tie neatly cinches a fit. In white, the 'Luke Mini Shirt Dress' (US$246) a bit too much for me, it runs the risk of people thinking that my boyfriend is seven feet tall! However in black, the shirt dress is slimming, casual and sexy. I also think that pairing such a dress with peep toe heels is just the right amount of chic and sophistication.
