I didn't pay much attention to Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's line, 'The Row', even after Vogue sang their praises. But the twins' recent appearance at the 25th Anniversary Of The Annual CFDA Fashion Awards in gowns from their line made me look twice. Both looked stunning (albeit thin-lipped and a little too stern for their age) in long, sophisticated gowns that surprisingly lengthened their petite frames.
If you're a newly converted fan like me, then hold tight onto your wallet and see the inventory at Browns. From top to bottom; The Row's v-neck t-shirts in gray (my favorite) and black for £160 each, and a low scooped neck tank top in white for £125. That sounds like a painfully large amount of moolah for basic colored tees, but that soft, nearly sheer, 100% modal is a gorgeous type of flowy that would look great on any slim starlet or tasteful fashionista (in a way Rachel Zoe could only dream about.) Seeing thus, I am now eagerly anticipating the Olsen's next line, Elizabeth & James, which will be introducing less-expensive fashion this fall.
