Style.com has dipped behind the front row fashion crowd, behind the lens and behind the big names in the industry to pay tribute to the 25 most under-appreciated achievers in fashion. Their names may not be familiar, but their work is just as important as those in the spotlight. They include directors, stylists, publicists, consultants and managers all without whom we wouldn't have access to half of the fashion that we see splashed across the glossies or traipsed along the runway.
