Spice Girls reunite for comeback tour - bring on the platforms!

Dust off those platform trainers and start practicing your best Girl Power moves, the Spice Girls are back! All five members of the Spice Girls Posh, Sporty, Ginger, Baby and Scary (or should that be Dominatrix, Revamped, Boho, Pregnant and Satin Spice) reunited for the first time today to announce their comeback tour. The 25-day tour is expected to cross eight countries Britain, Spain, Germany, China, Australia, South Africa, Argentina and the USA.

Appearing at a press conference at London's O2 Arena earlier, the girls are definitely sporting a whole new look these days in particular Melanie C who seems to have shed her Nike and Adidas threads for a much more chic and sophisticated style. You may also notice that Victoria Beckham has been raiding Kate Moss' wardrobe by wearing black PVC skinny trousers almost identical to the ones Moss was snapped in at Glastonbury on the weekend. I sincerely hope this doesn't spark a new trend, blergh!

Flying the flags of the eight countries (take note of Posh clutching to the US flag) they plan to visit on their comeback tour, the Spice Girls looked happy and relaxed as they posed for photos. I must say it certainly brings back memories to see all five girls back together again. We all know things went bottoms up after Geri Halliwell exited the band in 1998 and with it took her Union Jack frock. Still, some things will never change including Posh's signature "can-I-compete-with-Paris-Hilton-for-the-world's-most-awkward-pose"?

okay i am more than excited that they are back together (it really brings back a lot of memories... viva foreveeeer...) but i can't imagine that vicky can walk in these trousers and THESE SHOES.

(ps: posh was my fave spice girl. oh yes indeed.)

Yayee! Even though I was by far no way a spice girl fanatic, it's actually strangely endearing seeing them all together again...aaawwww! And yes it's quite obvious that posh has sooo had a boob job....and why does she insist on standing like....(I would say a man but not even men stand with their legs THAT far apart!!), wow how hard is it to stand like that..so weird!! Girl power!

urgh - Posh makes me wanna puke.... get real lollypop head.... and someone purrrlease burst those boobs. The other Spicey's look great but she hurts my eyes + shes taking up far too much room on that photo.

Posh Spice (can I call her that now?) looks like she's trying so hard to stand out from the group. And damn, those boobs. She has a strange body image if she thinks those disproportional-to-her-body balls on her chest are sexy. Other than that, I still love the Spices and can't wait for them to come to the US!

if you compare posh to previous photos like 8 years ago she was always freaky looking, the rest of them have matured and moved on but somehow she still hasnt learned to smile!!!

I haven't seen recent pics of them (except Posh, obviously) and I must say, they all look really good (except Posh and her if-I-breath-my-chest-will-pop-out-and-my-PVC-bottoms-will-rip). I especially love Mel B's outfit - where can I find a lovely lipstick red satin pencil just like hers?

I love that ya'll are getting back together. When i was a little girl Scary Was and still is my fav Spice Girl. I love all of you guys so much.
