Roberto Cavalli for H&M

cavalli.jpgWhen we heard that Roberto Cavalli was designing a range for H&M we all got excited at the thought of all the over-the-top extravagance and excess. Victoria Beckham's favourite designer will be producing menswear, womenswear, lingerie and matching accessories, due to hit the shops on the 8th November.
H&M's head designer Margareta van den Bosch hinted that the collection would be different to previous collaborations: "There is no place for shyness and no possibility of ending up with a mainstream wardrobe of everyday basics. The Roberto Cavalli collections represents an exuberant, successful lifestyle". We're taking bets on there being undies with zebra print and neon trim, silk leopard print shirts, ruffles and dresses slashed to the crotch. Cavalli said: "I love freedom and challenges: breaking down barriers, experimenting in different directions. H&M is all this for me." adding: "I will add a dash of festivity and dreams".
