'Dear' by Amanda Bynes clothing line for Steve & Barry's
Last month we reported that Amanda Bynes would soon be following in the footsteps of Sarah Jessica Parker by launching her own range of clothing for Steve & Barry's. Today I can reveal a little bit more about the collection which is due to launch August 16th in S&B stores across America. Similar to SJP's 'Bitten' line, Amanda Bynes' range is called 'Dear' and centres around affordable yet comfortable clothing, only at a teen market level. The former Nickelodeon star clearly wants to capture the Olsen twins' consumer with her casual range of camouflage shorts, skirts, cargo trousers, polo shirts, t-shirts and zip-up sweaters. Think Bitten only funkier.

I think Amanda Bynes is the type of girl you wouldn't mind your child idolising: clean, motivated, an all round 'good girl' you don't see the fame affecting her as it does, say, Lindsay Lohan. I'm happily anticipating this collection and wish it delivered to the UK.
