Christian Dior to mark 60th anniversary with a couture show
Parisian fashion house Christian Dior is 60 years old this year. To mark the occasion maverick designer John Galliano (who is coincidentally celebrating his tenth year at Dior) is staging a special one-off couture show on July 2nd. Details have yet to be confirmed, but the word on the sartorial street is that it will be held in the stunning Orangerie at the Palace of Versailles. Time to start working those connections for an invite- this is set to be one helluva show. [Hannah Kane]
