I love simplicity and I love Calvin Klein for being good at it. I think it's nice that even without him, the collection continues the minimalist look that CK is famous for. Francisco Costa (who won the Council of Fashion Designers America (CFDA) award for best womenswear designer last year) sticks to the simple, sleek, sophisticated roots that made CK in the first place. He claims that, “the shapes were based on the bathing suit idea: very close to the body, very easy,” as told to The Daily. “You can literally roll them up and throw them in a bag.”
