A dress that stops you getting the cold? Sounds good to me. A dress that never has to be washed? Um, maybe not so much. The dress in question was designed by student designer Olivia Ong (with a little help from some fiber scientists), and has been coated with special nanoparticles which, according to our sister blog, Shiny Shiny, will apparently help the dress repel bacteria and other nasties. Olivia has also created a metallic denim jacket which has the power to protect its wearer from pollution. And I thought Superman's kryptonite-repelling suit was cool...
