Does SJP know that we have Forever 21? These clothes aren't interesting at all.

These clothes are very boring... the only thing special is her name slapped on them - another thing: they were NOT using models of all shapes & sizes on the show... to me they all looked very tall & very thin Even the women that did appear a little larger are more like the average size woman today - but i guess that's a start...

I happened to catch that episode of Oprah. I watched just for Parker, but was dissapointed like the rest of you. Everything was so banal. Like Jael said, if I wanted basics I could get them at any other store. Celebrity clothing lines are supposed to be interesting because of a star's unique style or designer influence. "Bitten" has no such appeal whatsoever.

Terribly boring collection. Same as every other high street store.

oh my god, these look sooo dull... banal doesn't even cover it. It's like what you find in the random chaos of the last pickings in a TK maxx sale. Guh, what a disappointment! I guess SJP's sense of design isn't much without her stylist.

looks like old navy/ gap rip offs.. guess that makes sense since she was a gap spokesperson for a while. boring.

Obviously, all of the negative commenters above know nothing about the style of Sarah Jessica Parker. Her claim to fame in the fashion world is that she takes a fashion basic and jazzes it up with accessories. She has class and sophistication while remaining to be trendy. The clothing line I have seen embodies such style and makes it affordable for the everyday American. I am grateful and very appreciative to SJP,my fashion icon and role model.

I did not see the Oprah show when Sarah J. Parker was on the show, but I am looking at some of the clothing on the website. These are tall and slim models, guess that leaves me and my friends out. We are sizes 12-14 and of medium height and some are 5 - 5 ft 2" tall.

Why can't anyone make clothing for our size where we don't have to cut and hem.

I happen to like the clothes that I've seen from this line so far. In fact, I believe that the sailor pants will actually be coming home with me come June 7th. I also happen to like that they're affordable and sized ranging from 2 to 22.

There are lot's of cheap clothes out there and then there are cheap clothes with a little courtesy. If I can get some cute basics for under 20 bucks, in a size 14, at a store OTHER than the "big girl store" then I'm happy.

AND...if small foreign children have nothing to do with the manufacturing...I'll be REALLY HAPPY!

I am excited about the line and plan to visit Steve and Barry's today to check it out. I work in fashion, and was impressed with the collection. Yes, the pieces are basic which allows each individual to pair them with other pieces to reflect their own style. I think the line does resemble what I've seen Sarah Jessica wear off the red carpet. And the price point is unbeatable! I think it is remarkable that she chose to represent a collection that is affordable for all of America, when I'm sure she could have represented something much more costly.

i love what i've seen so far and she's off to a great start... classic pieces with potential to dress them up however you like. and cheap... what more could you ask for? I'm happy with it! :)
